There is a single thing I would clarify in your last post, squilivan. ,
Atlantic Yards project, the largest ever in Brooklyn, to build a basketball arena plus at least 16 high-rise buildings. ,
The following is a quote from an email I received from Major Brian Bresnahan, a Marine with battle experience in Somalia, Bosnia, and Iraq- “Gotta love Patrick Henry. Don’t you love how the definition of patriotism has become to attack and criticize and be embarrased of our country and then to say you love it, rather than pronouncing all that is right and to be proud of it?”
The major is right. As I read his statement I couldn’t help but think of the disgusting actions of a man who beats his wife, and then claims that he loves her, and besides, its her fault.
Liberals are quick to condemn the US for its weaknesses, beat up on its military, fault those who would do good, and then claim that they love the US, and besides its their right to freedom of speech to say whatever they want, don’t anyone dare call them un-patriotic.
Well, I am calling anyone who would denigrate the greatest nation on earth, who would as soon call attention to its flaws and overlook it greatness, un-patriotic. You are welcome to move out of the house and live anywhere else in the world.
Oh, and good luck with that…
Great, sign me on!!!
